About Angelique Ahmad, REALTOR®
As a licensed real estate agent since 2007, I have a dedicated passion for the industry. An Accredited Seller Representative (ASR) and New Construction Certified, I specialize in assisting my clients with all their real estate needs including staging and interior design. Prior to real estate, I received a Master’s degree in business and had a successful career in real estate investing, human services and sales. I joined Realty Mark Associates because I take pleasure in helping my clients succeed with their real estate endeavors. My dedication for helping people accomplish their goals proves to be an asset to all buyers and sellers. My ability to listen to my clients’ requests and use effective communication ensures that my clients receive the best possible service.
My friendly, energetic demeanor, paired with my patience and tenacity, helped me develop a strong and satisfied client base. I believe that my success is greatly due to going beyond the normal call of duty and by doing the little things when no one else is watching. As a resident of PA and DE, my first-hand knowledge and experience with local communities allows me to assist my clients with making informed decisions. I serve home buyers and sellers in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland and I am a member of the Tri-County Suburban Realtors® and Delaware Association of Realtors. I am an active member in my community, I volunteer and work with a non-profit organization to service those in need. Giving back is key to me and being of service will continue to prove beneficial to both my clients and I.
