A Philadelphia native, I grew up in the West Oak Lane neighborhood. I attended high school at Cecilian Academy in
Germantown, and then relocated to New Kent, Virginia. I attended Howard University. After college, I moved back to Virginia and lived in Williamsburg, VA, where I worked in Real Estate as a Community Development Coordinator with the City’s housing authority and a Developer, on a subdivision constructing 52 new homes. I returned to Philadelphia in 2006. I received my Real Estate License in PA in 2016. I worked as a real estate agent part-time while working as an Executive for a Healthcare plan until the end of 2021. I am licensed in both PA and MD. I service first-time homebuyers, experienced real estate buyers, sellers and investors. I have serviced clients with low-to-moderate income budgets, as well as those who purchase and sell luxury properties. All of my clients receive the same level of service excellence regardless of their budget. The skillset that sets me apart from other agents is my ability to thoroughly educate my clients, and my expertise in contract negotiations. My goal is to assist all of my clients with adding Real Estate to their legacy, or assisting clients in moving on to their next chapter with getting their property sold. I service Philadelphia, Lower Montgomery County and Southwest Delaware County. Real Estate is my passion.
